The 7-day fair in Düsseldorf, which revolved around the subject of "plastics", attracted around 225,000 trade visitors from 165 countries.

On this occasion LaVision presented systems based on digital image correlation for shape, strain and deformation analysis. This gave rise to many good discussions about deformation measurements on plastics and other interesting materials.
