This PIV seminar will offer a comprehensive introduction to the principles of Particle Image Velocimetry measurements and the DaVis software platform along with interesting examples of applications presented by LaVision engineers and invited speakers. The lectures offered over the course of the three-day seminar are complemented by hands-on lab sessions on imaging, hardware control and the 2D- and Stereo-PIV tools of the DaVis software.
