Andrea Sciacchitano and Bernhard Wieneke were honored with the „Outstanding Paper Award“ from the Editorial Board of Measurement Science and Technology

The award was given to them during the International Symposium on PIV’17
Since 2005 the Editorial Board of MST has presented 'Outstanding Paper Awards'. The 2016 award in the fluid mechanics category was granted to Andrea Sciacchitano from TU Delft and Bernhard Wieneke from LaVision GmbH for their paper “PIV uncertainty propagation”. Both were happy to receiving their prize during the International Symposium on PIV’17 in Busan, South Korea.
